Too busy to give feedback

I have requested for a withdrawal from my investment. I requested this from my advisor last week Thursday, in turn he said he would send the relevant docs to me before the end of the day. On Friday I called again just as a reminder since I had still not received the docs. Then I was told that he's busy & only has 2 hands - he apologised afterwards for the comment. I sent back the docs on Monday, 11feb. On Tuesday I had to follow up again 2 find out if the docs was received & if all was in order. As per him docs not received, I resent & followed up again, then he was very short & didn't bother 2 listen 2 me as I was still asking if all was in order. I got cut short & told he would contact me 2 inform me when the pmt would be done. Yesterday I received communique from the Old Mutual Service Centre wanting extra info, 1 portion I could do, the other was my advisor's job! I have in turn sent what was needed from my side to Baden Bain & asked Fred to do what was required on his side via email. I have since then not received any communication to indicate that my request has been worked on & is being processed. I might not be a millionaire but I am still a client. I feel like taking my little money elsewhe
