Your suppliers are letting you down

I submitted a claim on Monday afternoon after i had experienced an Electricity Surge within our House. I called in the afternoon and spoke to a guy by the name of Justin, who is very friendly and of huge assistance. he eventually advised me that someon will collect the goods from me from the office.

Justin has tried to arrange my goods to go for valuation, however it is not happening. The supplier who was supposed to pick up things and call me, is not doing as prescribed. I have now loaded the goods into my vehicle for the 3rd time this morning. one of the items which has been affected is my Microwave, this does not switch on anymore. and you can imagine that after four days there is not yet a valuation report as all companies who claim to be able to assist wants you to put down a deposit to fix the goods which is non-refundable.

Guys, all i want is for my items to either be replaced or fixed. i was hoping that this would happen by the weekend. however it seems that this is a futile attempt.

Can you guys please make alternative arrangements to have this problem resolved.
