Insurance for Retrenchment

I Called AB to notify them that i have been retrenched, i was told to go do everything at a branch which i did, they faxed the required docs to the insurance dept, 2 days later, i got an sms to fax the docs again, went to the branch and they resent the docs (retrenchment letter and ID Copy), again on friday, i was send the same sms, i tried to call them, as usual there were not picking up, now i am so puzzled as to what im suppose to do, the dosc have been send but they keep on requesting them over and over, if im there is something wrong with the info they received, cant they call me to tell me what to send then as no one ever answers the phone which is MORE frustrating, i dont have a job and i have been paying for this service now that i need to utilise it there is an issue, is that it? all i want to to get this sorted, asap before my credit record is affected due to non payment, stop sending me smses and call me as you have everything needed to proceed.
