Between the 8th - 10th January 2013 I was contacted by the FNB Tablet and Cellphone Contract div about a deal they were running for all existing tablet owners, obviously those purchased through FNB. The promotion was for 2GB of data for only R99 per month plus a free starter pack from Cell C. A FNB consultant contacted me with the T&Cs and I accepted the offer and my starter pack arrived within the 7 working days stated. The consultant asked me if I wanted a normal sim card or the small micro sim cards. I requested for the micro sim card because I'm using an Apple IPad, which I bought from them. when the parcel arrived within the 7 days, I noticed that it was a normal sim card and I contacted them immediately. This must've been around the 2nd week of January 2013. They noted my call and said another consultant would call me. A couple of days later I got a call from another FNB consultant saying they got notification that the wrong parcel had been sent. She acknowledged that their system did say micro sim but they had sent me a normal sim card. She told me that the couriers would come to collect the parcel within 7 days. Its been a month and I haven't heard anything.
