I HAD AN ACCOUNT WITH FOSCHINI WHICH WAS HANDED OVER TO VERICRED, I PAID UP THE ACCOUNT SENT THEM PROOF OF PAYMENT FOR THEM TO SEND ME CONFIRMATION THAT MY ACCOUNT IS PAID UP AND THEY WILL REMOVE MY NAME FROM THEIR LIST. ON 13/02/2013 I CALLED THEM TO ENQUIRE BUT COULDN'T BE ASSISTED. ONCE YOU MISS A PAYMENT THE CALL YOU BUT NOW I HAVE PAID UP THE ACCOUNT AND I DO NOT RECEIVE ANY CORRESPONDENCES. I WANT THIS ISSUES SORTED IMMEDIATELY. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR SERVICE
