Getting harassed for an account that is paid up

I spent more than a year trying to get them to stop sending me messages after I've sent proof of payment for an account that was paid 3rd of October 2011 and wrongfully handed over by Dr Kevin Sneider. I've sent proof of payment 4 times already. If I phone them to explain that I've paid the account, they just send me another message to remind me to pay the account. Sort this out with Dr Sneider and take me off your list!
