I'm getting tired of African bank now, actually I'm off!! first of all, why are people complaining with your lack of service and competent stuff? that's revolting.

IN TERMS OF SECTION 84 (4)(b)(i)(ii) of THE NATIONAL CREDIT ACT OF 2005 African bank was notified on the 7th march that I'm under debt review and should cancel the debit orders they have against my account. as if that's not enough, I instructed my bank to stop those debits and that was in February. only to find out they debited my account the sum amounting to R 3 670.3. that's unlawful debit.

now would someone please tell me who is responsible for not stopping those debits??
I want my money vandag before the end of business day. People are getting tired of this t.
