Outsurance brand promise failure

On 20/10/2012 I was victim during the hail storm that occured in the East of Johannesburg and our vehicle was badly damaged in the process. I felt a degree of comfort when my Insurer Outsurance wen on television and in a sense reassured clients that dispite the fact that they dealing with high volumes, but eventually all claims will be dealt with. I patiently went through the claims process and eventually took my vehicle for an assessment on 27/10/2012. On 22/11/2012 I took the vehicle to Outsurance approved vendor for repairs. I could not take possesion of the vehicle during 2012 and was advised that I could collect it today (11/01/2013). To my dismay I could not believe the level of poor workmanship and the pathetic condition of the vehicle, the car has been with them for a period of weeks and still they could not produce a quality output. is this the type of quality that Outsurance offers their clients? "You always get something out" Yes! Mediocre service.
