My vehicle was damaged in a hail storm last year October. The vehicle went to an Outsurnace assessment centre in Novmeber 2012 where one of their assessors assesed the vehicle and I was told that the vehicle will be repaired but due to all the claims the can only book the vehicle in on the 12 March 2013 at their specified panelbeaters. my vehicle went in on the 12 March 2013 and I havent heard from them since. i contacted the panelbeaters on the 16 April just be told that Outsurance advised them on the 22 March already that the vehicle is not to be repaired as it will be written off. Nobody has contacted me regarding this or advised me. I contacted Francina Matlala who is the advisor who told me that yes she informed me and neglected to inform me and she is sorry. I mean really sorry will not fix the situation. How can they go and write off a clients vehicle without informing them. Outsurance says they have the best client service etc, well whatever I dont believe this. I will not leave this matter here and I will be taking this further. And then they have the cheek to tell me O can we get you a loan car, I mean REALLY!!!
