I'd like to compliment two of your employees, Waheed Potgieter and Michelle, for the excellent service they've provided from the moment I phoned to report the car accident I was involved in immediately after it happened. Michelle managed to calm me down as I was stressing a lot; she kept me informed about the whereabouts of the tow bar and the turn around time was sooo excellent.
Waheed helped me with my car insurance claim after the car was sent for observation. I am highly pleased with the professional manner in which he processed my claim while ensuring that necessary procedures have been followed on my side. You have definitely retained a customer who will refer all of her friends to Auto and General.
