In October 2012 we had a bad hael storm in the West rand and both my vehicle and my husbands vehicle got badly damanged. Outsurance then revered us to VDS Panelb. to have both cars accessed. My husbands car was badly damaned both windscreens needed to be replaced and dents were al over the vehicle and they accessed the damage to R14555.86 my vehicle had a few minor dents valued at R14545.09? My husbands vehicle went to Grorap they fixed the vehicle but had a problem with the bonnet they then phoned Outsurance they refused to give authorization. my husband got his car and was furious. we phoned outsurance and complained, after we told them we will be going to Hallo Peter and the Ombutsman they agreed to help. Now we need to get a loan car and Outsurance are not returning our calls regarding the loan car and delete my emais when the car was a the panelbeaters and they phoned them for the bonnet it all could have been done and we did not have to phone and ask for assistance with a loan car?? My husband has been a loyal cust for 8 years and this is the treatment .. so not cool. My Yaris well that a different story its been almost 4 months and the panelb stil not give us feedback.
