UPDATING BENEFICIARIES ON MY WILL

Good day All,

I have updated my beneficiaries on my Will on the 22.01.2013, Standard bank was suppose to draft/and update my will and return it to me on the 06.02.2013, to sign the copy as per the discussion with Nontokozo Mashiane.

On the 6th the consultant (Faye) came for our appointment, she didnt bring my updated Will, She thought I am a new client, then I gave her the amended copy of my will, for her to take it to the office and draft and update my will accordingly.

After sometime without feedback, I called their office, I spoke to Nontokozo Mashiane, to find out if my updated Will is ready, she gives me an attittude, she doesnt puts me on hold, while i am still on the phone, she sings, now I am listining to her singing, after sometime, she tells me she is going to email the updated will, and I must sign it, and scan it back to them.

Then I dont receive the email from her, I called again, she tells me that she cant send it as her mail box is full, my updated will is sitting on her outbox.

Can I please get assistance, as I cant handle incompetent people
