Standard Bank
Does not update ITC

Hi,

in june 2013 i paid up my credit card as it showed 150 days plus on my ITC, I've got the papers from the collections dept where they say i'm all paid up, they also stated that Standardbank is suppose to update my ITC as they dont do it, the last 5 months it shows as NU on my ITC profile. No body from Standard bank has updated my ITC and i'm sure this is giving my a low credit rating. Please can you update my ITC as trying to phone and speak to someone that understands what i'm trying to ask is really Mission impossible with Standard bank. That is why i stopped using you 5 years ago.
