It is extremely frustrating that an institution such as Standard Bank (Assets and Vehicle) cannot keep their promise. I settled my vehicle account in June 2013 and as a result my credit bureau information was not updated. On the 7th of October 2013, i called their call center to update the aforementioned, as it gives the impression that i still have a financial obligation with Standard Bank. I was provided a reference number (i.e. 55353664) and advised that the information will be updated in four days time. It is the 18th of October 2013, the details hasn't been updated.
In due course i will be applying for credit and i will be scored bad because of wrong information. Please Standard Bank, update my credit bureau information as i don't owe you anymore and also honor your so called turn around time!!!
