Good Day, My account is paid in full i have just done my credit report and it says that i have an outstadning balance with you. You threaten your customers that you will put them on the and take legal action but then you dont update your receords. This is pathetic this is holding me up from getting credit now it has been well over 9 month that my account has been setteled and you still havenot updated. Please contact me and update on my transunion. If not updated or contactedi will be seeking legal advise over this matter.
