I recently padi up my oustanding loans with African Bank and they assured me that it will be updated with all credit bureaus. Just to find out that they do not update with Compuscan. But f they do not update with Compuscan; how does Compusan have the bad infromation but not the good information. If I have to log a dispute with Compuscan it will take up to 20 working days to have it updated. Whereas if African Bank just sends the request directly it will take 3-5 working days to be updated. Surely if they update with the bad information; they should update with the good information.
