I would like to express my sincere appreciation and thanks for the excellent service received when applying for an overdraft facility. My application was professionally and effeciently handled by Eben Thiart, Call Agent, Nedbank Contact Centre and within a day and a half the funds were refelected in my account. The process was seemless and the communication super. Please convey my thanks to Eben for the excellent service recieved. This just proves that the decision to move to Nedbank a few years ago from "Steve's Bank" was a very wise choice indeed.
