I was recently involved in an accident where a vehicle jumped a stop sign and caused major damages to the passenger side of my vehicle.
I contacted Telesure and was assisted by a lady by the name of Tumi, I was honestly overwhelmed by the professional advice and assistance Tumi gave me. Two days took my vehicle to their drive in centre for inspection where I met their assessors Peter and Ridwaan.
Once again I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and attitude, I was offered coffee and Muffins whilst the assessor was busy inspecting the damage of my vehicle. As a Budget Insurance client I am very glad that they are associated with Telesure where service excellence is definitely guaranteed as far as I am concerned.
