Poor service result in Financial Predicament

I called standard bank telephone banking yesterday morning, (13 February 2013, 09h10 am) to reverse my money that went off as a debit order which was suppose to go of tomorrow (Friday 15 February 2013) coz I'm getting paid on the 15th and my debit orders are set to go off on the 15 and not the 13th. Up until this hour my money has not been reversed and I cant do what I was suppose to do with the money yesterday or today! I'm talking about R1700. I'm tired of Standard banks poor service. Theres a whole lot of other complaints too and services that is still hanging but I'll leave that for next week if its not resolved by next week. I called in the afternoon again to enquire, the first consultant that I spoke to said it should have been reversed within an hour but it was not. Last year september I went into the branch to enquire about money that went of for Kulula twice and they returned it immediately what the is happening now at such a crucial time?
