No resolution

I opened a cheque acc and credit card with fnb over 3 months ago. When trying to use the cards, I have just been embarrassed at the till when they did not work. I have called the call centre on many occasions and gone to the branch on 3 occasions to resolve this. Upon leaving the branch after taking off work for hours, I found that there was no change on all 3 occasions. Most recently, a call centre agent told me that I had outstanding documents. This was the first time this was mentioned after spending hours at branches and on the phone. Also this is not possible as I remember emailing and giving the relevant documents to fnb. This in not acceptable. My inability to use my cards has resulted in me missing the window in which to use my credit card and avoid the initiation fee and now I have a bill and nothing to show, thanks to fnb's incompetence to resolve my issues. I refuse to pay this bill because I had no control over the fact that I could to use the card. If this is not resolved soon I will leave fnb and find a more reliable institution! I am infuriated that it has taken me 3 visits to the branch, likely hours on the phone and nothing has changed. I need a resolution and fast
