Poor service delivery

I am very upset with the service that I have received from FNB thus far. I changed banks in the hopes of receiving better service but thus far this has not occurred. I changed my title on my account as discussed via email correspondence with a premier banker.

My cheque platinum card was then reordered with the correct title. I then was notified a week later that my credit card was ready for collection despite ordering it at the same time as my cheque card. After spending long hours in queues at the Greenstone branch on Saturday morning two weeks in a row - I then discovered that once again FNB had printed the wrong title on the card! I have specifically asked that this be rectified and it is very inconvenient for me to keep going into the branch to physically collect cards.
Furthermore upon opening my account I also asked that my credit limit be lowered and I was told that this would be discussed with me when my card was approved. However I was instead issued with a large credit limit without proper consultation. I hope that this situation will be rectified immediately as it is abundantly clear that your bank is guilty of false advertising about your service delivery!
