I was called to pick up my vehicle because it was apprently ready, on arrival at Raven panel beaters i discovered that the mirror was not replaced (but included on the invoice), a spare wheel was fitted because the left rear wheel somehow got damaged.

to make matters worse, I have Joel from Avis breathing down my neck because miway have told him to recorver their courtesy car (some couttesy indeed). i have a 30- day courtesy car by the way and there is seven days to go.
emarentia Kretzmann from miway is eternaly unavailable and needless to say i have a splitting headache from all the stress generated by this ordeal.
