Please note that this is the 2nd complaint in 2weeks, I'm disgusted to say the least. I got a courtesy car from Avis as my car is in for hail damage repairs. I was told to return the car to Avis by the lady working there by the name of Rebecca but she tells me that they don't have any other cars so i cant exchange. I call MiWay to inform them and was told that "these things happen" by a lady called Pretty. When i got into this contract with Miway i was told to pay an extra amount every month for a courtesy car should my car go in for repairs. I have kept to my end of the deal, so can Miway please make sure i receive what i pay for. I was told if i pay i will get a courtesy car, so can i get a courtesy car and one that's not a death sentence. i spoke to a lady by the name of pretty and she said that she will get back to me in 30 mins... im still waiting!
I don't know how much Miway pays Avis and i don't care, iI dont even want to know which car rental company they have a contract with, all i know is that i pay them for a service so can they just FOR ONCE render the service I PAY THEM FOR MY WAY and not theirs. I am literaly on the verge of cancelling this contract
