Waiting a month for service!???

SHOCKING SERVICE...

Ok in short:

o Sent an application for a mobile speed point on 6 March to Vivian Meyer - No response as yet.
o Spoke to Casandra on 011-352-5771 call centre option 2 on 27 and 28 March with still no feedback.
o On 28 March, Casandra told me installation will take place on 28 march - Nothing happened. She also said she will phone me back same day - Still waiting.
o I phoned again 011-352-5771 on 2 April to follow up, Spoke to Fabian, Nothing happened, call got cut, he didn't phone back.
o I phoned again 011-352-5771 and spoke to Shareeka, who said Stanley the supervisor will phone me back within 30 minutes, been 2 hours now.
o When will this be resolved. I need this speed point by today as I will be travelling tomorrow and need it urgently for business purposes.
o Phone 2 hours later and spoke to Sipho requesting for a supervisor Stanley, or Casandra, Fabian or Shareeka - No success.

asked for the manager of Antoinette Pretorius to contact me, nothing as yet, As manager William Packer on email if this service that I am receive is correct, no answer.

How can this be resolved? been almost a month now
