Opened a business account with FNB through there so called virtual account process, sent all accompanying documents through, followed up today with the business call center. the agent has no idea how to handle my query, could not even tell me if my supporting documents had been received, told me here manager was unavailable and would phone me back... now 5 hours later still have not been contacted. Needed other services which i told them about still have not been contacted. I have a personal account with them as well which i may as well close if this is the service. this is the second time i have opened a business account with them, the first time, i closed it immediately due to there poor service. No i have the same problems the second time around. FNB a complete joke, no point having all the technology but no follow through!!!
