I was living overseas and during this time a judgement was loaded on my name of which I was not responsible for. I have obtained a court order showing that this has now been removed and approached the Bank for an overdraft. The staff promptly told me I have to wait until their system removes it. Surely the staff member should have made a copy of this and send to the Credit department requesting the removal why I am the one that has to wait and follow up on this. Standard Bank is willing to help me should I just move my account, I mean I am a platinum account holder and have no debt at the moment should I not be the best client out there.
