This is my 3rd time on Hello Peter for the same issue. had my vehicle sent in for hail damage. 5 weeks later I get it back worse than when it went in. After weeks of trying to resolve with A&G I wrote to Hello Peter and then got some service. Vehicle was sent in to another panel beater for repairs. Got it back, some issues solved but others introduced. I now cannot get hold of the person assigned by A&G to handle my case- called and sent messages many times. I called to the call centre and was told that some one will call me back, but no one does.
This is turning out to be a horrible experience that seems to be the norm with this company. I'm already dreading the day I have to take in my 2nd vehicle that was also hail damaged.
Any one reading this please even pay a little more with another insurer than go through this.
