Im a platinum account holder for some time now with FNB and my overdraft sits on 21% interest. My credit card is at 18% if i have it correct, but today i was approved for a credit card at ABSA and they also told me that due to your GOOD credit record, ABSA is giving you a promotional interest rate discount of 5.5%, bringing my interest rate down from 21% to only 15, 5%. I wish FNB can do the same as ive been a loyal customer and moved from my previous bank as they made promises to be better than the rest, but these days it looks like FNB's promises are up to... or they are just empty promises. FNB, i demand you to revise the interest rate on my account and see how you can help me... that is your slogan RIGHT??
