Hurry up and wait

I've applied for a home loan online 20 Jan 2013. They contacted me with a list of papers they need. I've fax it through and wait. After a week phoned and was told they still need some paper which I send through and again I wait. Phoned again and they need more dokuments, I send it to them and wait. I can continue like this. Today I phoned again and once again there was a letter they needed that I was not told before. I get the idea nobody in Standard bank is taking any responsibiblity at all for this application, every time I call I speak to somebody else who send me to somebody else. I can NOT believe the lack of service I'm getting. At the moment my bussiness account, credit cards and petrol cards are at Standard bank, I ask myself why if this is how I am being treated. I am not going to spend one dime on bankstatements and auditers letters if I'm not sure somebody is actually going to move this application forward.
