ABSA HAS LAPSED MY FUNERAL POLICY WHICH HAPPENED BECAUSE OF THEM NOT MOVING MY POLICY FROM THE CHEQUE ACCOUNT TO THE SAVINGS ACCOUNT AS REQUESTED. I HAVE BEEN REQUESTING FOR THE CHANGE TO HAPPEN SINCE LAST YEAR AND NOBODY COULD ASSIST. I NEED MY FUNERAL POLICY REACTIVATED AGAIN AND FOR YOU TO LISTEN TO EVERY RECORDING I HAVE REGARDING THIS ISSUE. I HOPE THIS WILL BE RESOLVED BY THE THE 9MAY 2013
