BAD SERVICE

We are astounded that King Price is so quick to respond to every request BEFORE you become a client. The service you get before you join is considerable different when you actually need to make a claim! My car was damaged during the recent hailstorm that hit Pretoria. We understand that many cars were damaged and that the call centre was very busy, but where does that leave us? If we need to get hold of consultants their mailboxes are either full, or they never return calls after countless messages were left. Yesterday is a good example. Sheldon phoned me at around 13:00 to discuss my claim but I couldn't answer my phone. He left me a number to contact him on. I have probably dialed that number 10 times... and no answer. My husband also tried, we have phoned the claims department 8 times and left 5 messages but no one gets back to us. We wanted to sort out the claim before the holidays start. The service is shocking!
