Still waitng on my refund!!!

Hi, i made a payment into ABSA account by mistake. Googled the bank details and saw it belongs to Woolworth credit card division. I faxed through payment confirmation for refund on the 4/2/13 called them the 7/2/13 to do a follow up call apparently they didn't receive a P.O.P so i faxed through the P.O.P again yesterday i called and they said they awaiting feedback from absa. How long does it take to refund someone money. This money does not belong to them. clearly if the person doing the accounts links payments and reconciles they can see there is an amount that does not belong to them. no feedback and response i have to call the time. This is getting annoying now.
