A MiWay insured member drove into the back of our vehicle in July last year. We have had endless hassles as a third party to get this matter resolved. After weeks of backwards and forwards we came to an agreement for an offer last week Friday and the said documentation was supposed to be sent to me immediately. Almost a week later and still no settlement offer.
This is bordering on ridiculous. The Legal Advisor has not replied to any of my emails and her phone just rings over to voicemail. I'm tired of hounding them now and have sent a concise complaint through to the ombudsman regarding this.
