Absa Zevenwacht poor service

On 12 February 2013 at 14h30 I visited Absa Bank at Zevenwacht Mall in Kuils River, As an Absa/Volkskas client for more than 40 years, I only wanted to open a new savings account to add to 3 other accounts at the same bank. I also wanted to deposit money into the new account and connect it to my internet-banking facility. In my opinion, this was a very basic request. There were only about 4 other clients in the bank. Three teller counters were open and 3 or 4 client service staff members were available.
I was told by one of these staff members that nobody could help me because there were no "consultants" available and that I should come back on another day!!! I also saw a " Client Service Manager " in her office...
