Terible new Internet Banking Web User Interface

Hi ABSA

I've been a loyal ABSA client for over 25 years now (since Volkskas Bank). I was one of the first Internet Banking clients.

I complained about this before, but it is now becoming a serious problem for me. I absolutely disprove of the new ABSA online page. In my opinion it is illogical, difficult to navigate, and a general pain in terms of layout/navigation. In my opinion it is a big step BACK in technology. The old site is light years ahead in terms of navigation.

I feel ABSA should give their customers a choice between the new and old site. I am not the only person who feels this way. I have just spoken to a ABSA consultant, who admitted there are many complaints about the new site.

My suggestion is to have a poll and get people to vote for or against the new site. Otherwise, just give people the choice to make either the new, or the old, your default landing page. Never ever force someone to do something, that is exactly how you lose customers. (The same apply to everything, from schools to churches).

If ABSA don't give me a choice, I have no other choice but finding a bank with (in my opinion) a logical Internet Banking interface (WEBUI).
