Pathetic Customer Service

On the 15th January 2013 at 8.45am, I went to Absa Pavillon branch to the enquiry counter. My query was that I have a State Bank of India account, whether it was possible to deposit or transfer funds from my moneybuilder account (which she did not even ask what account I had with you) to the State Bank Of India Bank account since that bank has an account with you. The lady had no clue to what my query was, I tried to explain again, then she asked Nondumiso Gasa who happened to be there, she was rudest person that I ever met in my life. She told me to go to Pinetown, Musgrave and then just turned her back on me. She is not fit to stand as manager. I wanted her to explain but she just ignored me. These incompetent unprofessional, Useless ABSA staff should be fired because they are not people's person to receive customers. Wanted to speak to the manager, discovered that she was standing in for the manager. I think that she was towards me. I am an Absa client with you for the past 24 years having a bond and platinium credit card, previous personal loans, vehicle finance 6 vehicles. If you are going to treat loyal clients this way the I should close my accounts
