I am so dissapointed by their sevice im recieving from them, I had an accident on the 16th of december, i claimed. till this day no one from the insurance has ever contacted me. not even the consultant who was assigned to my claim. its me who always calls them and when i do im told the same story everytym. i had to call to be told that the car has been written off, i have been calling to find out the progress of the claim but since im told that they are stil waiting for a report from the police station and their field guy has not send it, and they still need to call the third party. i mean after 3 weeks they have not done this things.
how long does it take to get a report or call a person and get all the answers they need?
im so frustrated, i have a disabled child that i must transport to school and now i don't even know how im gonna do that, i don't even know when this thing will be finalized.
