Poor sevice

Had a car accident on the 11th november 2013, had contacted my insurance and still today i have been waiting for an assessors report. I am the one who always has to call them (Nola who is handling my claim). I never get told what is happening unless i call them. today its 21st november and I am still waiting for the report about the car. Called Nola who tells me that the guy (andries the assessor) handling my query is in training for the whole week, the manager's assessor does not know anything about my claim. i am just in the dark and this is going on for too long. i dont understand why cant they tell me what the problem is, its easy to join the insurance but when you have to claim you made to feel like you have to beg them to assist you. Its like they doing me a favour or something. Why must they make me feel so small and unimportant to them. I spoke to Nola today and she promised to call me back at 2pm< and still she has not called, now I have to call again. I had postponed meetings and appointments because we had agreed that she will call back at 2pm< now what do I do. there is no call as yet. someone please assist. the service at this insurance is just very poor so far.
