I was bumped at the back of my car by the lady name Yolande Sim on the right wheel bumper. The accident happened around 16h15 in the evening at the robots of Woodmead Drive on the 19th June 2013. I've exchanged contacts with Yolande, address and Id no. After we've exchanged contacts i had to organise a breakdown tow truck to tow my car to my where i live and i had to pay for it. Yolande went to the police to report the accident for her car and mine
On the 24th June Henrich called me and told me that he is calling from Yolande's insurance asking me questions like when was the accicent? what happened? at what time? which road? After that Yolande called me on the 26th June giving me her policy no and that i should call 1st for Women's legal & recovery department of which i did on the 27th June and the lady by the name of Angie gave me Leene's no to call as he was the person handling the claim. Leene' told me that they are still busy finalising Yolande's claim and it should be in order by the following day 28th June. I am still waiting for the insurance to call and give me an update on the claim and nobody has called me and it's been 2 weeks with no progress.
