To whom it may concern.
My car was involved in an accident in August (the other drive being at fault) i reported it to the police and opened an accident report, with a case number, even did an Affidavit. i claimed with your insurance, who then told me that getting my access (of R8500) back will not be a guarantee but they will try. after weeks and weeks of constantly calling and sending emails to get any updates, i will either be ignored or told they are waiting on third party to claim. all im asking for is to get follow up and atleast know that you guys are trying to help out your customer. Its frustrating losing soo much money especially when i was not the one at wrong.
