Thank you ABSA, for the nightmare services. I have a vehicle loan with you via Ford Credit. That was going well until I defaulted sometime in 2012. I understand that it was my fault that there were a few defaults and there is no excuse. But after the mishaps, i continued with my payments, while ABSA lovingly sent out summons to the wrong address. I got a call from a man who was to come reposes the car.. i told them that i was not aware of a case against me, told them i changed my address, they said I didn't change my res address, but only changed my postal add. At the same time I am told that a man came to my Res Add and that i refused to cooperate (which address? My Res address - which just so happens to be my Postal address) - Yet they said I did not change my residential address, and state so willingly that I no longer have a contract with them and that I am using what is not mine - they continue to debit my account, based on the contract that I do not have with them?? Now they say the onus is on me to prove that I changed my res address, really? and while i dispute this, they will continue to debit my acc, get people to take my car "their way", and treat me like a?
