Good day

I joined credit matters in 2011. A few months after I joined I excluded my bond account as the bank was still trying to reposess it. I payed off a couple accounts on my own in the mean time, and is having a problem with my bond account, which generally is in good state but still has a courtorder on it. I requested numerous times from the legal department to send me a letter from the court, stating that the bond is excluded for the bank to remove the hold on it but to no success. There is an Edgars account of which I receive statements, and no payment is being made, when I even requested that the spare funds of the accounts thats paid up needs to be allocated to them. I would also suggest that you send customers a updated statement monthly instead of us requesting it. Please assist
