Receiving letters that I am in arrears every month! But I get debited monthly and your accounts status shows this! It is embarrassing to get these letters! Spending R150 on phone calls to your call center and being cut off during call transfers, who is responsible for this? Also after phoning 5 times to change debit order dates, only once this was done. I had to pay bad debit order fees which you are accountable for according to the person I spoke to. You can contact me on my cell number that accompanies this complaint as after 4 times my cell details are still incorrect with you!!! It is ridiculous the service you give! I expect an urgent call from you.
