Good Day please be advised I have sent an email to Cell C like three weeks ago, with regards to my debit order. To this date I have not received a response. Pathetic is their Service. I renewed my contract on the 09 August 2013- on the contract my new debit order amount R129.00 as of 28/08/2013. But I was still debited the old amount of R150.00 from my account. I need for this to be resolved and someone to have the to contact me. I have tried to call the call centre numerous times but they are too busy to take calls. No one ever answers.
