Frustration with 3D Secure Online Banking

I have spent the latter part of the morning being passed from one consultant to another and I am in the same situation as I was when I started out this morning. I have re registered on the Nedbank site for 3D secure online shopping, I have got the sms's with the reference numbers to complete the enrollment, I have the OTP sms to complete my purchase but that number is not accepted. I have a reference no 61529683, please could someone get to the bottom of the problem.
