Securecode for online shopping IS BROKEN

I have registered for online shopping 4 times now, each time I get sms'd an activation code.

When I try use the activation code it is declined saying my details are incorrect.
It makes no difference where I try and use my card, bidorbuy, wootware, purpleflytrading, cjs-cdkeys.

In the end of the day it leads to a screen which requires you to enter your securecode activation code, which does not work.
I phoned and lodged a complaint and they escalated the problem telling me that there is no record of me trying to make a payment or login with online shopping.

Which is ironic since I entered the code so many times that the service was suspended.

I asked if I could opt out of this rediculous broken system called "securecode" that I as a customer DO NOT WANT and the representative said that it could not be done.

If online shopping is important to you, don't even bother with capitec.

My gran, aunt, boyfriend and uncle all have the same problem.

The system is broken.

If I want to use my card online I want to use it online. I DONT WANT SECURECODE.
The system is SO secure that not even the people at capitec knew that I tried to use it and so secure I can't even use it.
