For the past few months i have been trying to purchase tickets online but once i put my credit card details in it tries to link to my banks 3d secure site but authentication always fails. This has been happening for months now and when i call in they tell me that they are working on the problem.
How many more months will this take to fix.
Time for event organisers to use an alternative ticket supplier.
Not impressed and there is a risk that the tickets might sell out!
