Technology should bring BETTER service

1. Once logged onto the online banking we are offered "secure" messaging. Despite it being secure etc you cannot stop a debit order without visiting a branch and showing ID??? So it is secure enough to transact but not secure to stop a debit order? Silly overlap or banking illogic?
2. Where has the statement download in excel format gone? Please look for it (fell off the web site) and put it back
