Holding onto my funds

Why is it that the Nedbank foreign currency department holds onto my money.
I complain through Hello Peter and then I receive my money within 72 hours for a couple of months and then it starts to slide to 96 and this time the funds were sent on the 7th from Botswana.
When I call they miraculously find my funds in the account.
Please can I speak to someone who can make sure that my funds are delivered within 72 hours on a permanent basis and not only for the 3 months after I complain.
Another way our banks from us by investing our money for an extra 24/48 hours
