Nedbank Clients Don't count

DHL does not accept proof of payment notifications from Nedbank to release shipments. Unless you bank with FNB, Standard or ABSA you get to wait until the funds clear into their account.

This despite the fact that proof of payment from a bank is universally accepted as just that, proof. Why if there is an account for the other three banks is there not one for Nedbank?

So now you delay installations, irritate your clients and incur extra costs all because even though you pay immediately upon receiving the invoice you as a Nedbank client are somehow lower on the food chain.

Shocking DHL and Unacceptable!!!

This is obviously not the first time this has happened to me either. Anybody else out there having the same problem?
